Beyond the Lake

In this off-beat, musical dramedy, easy going ex-musician Joseph Lakeman finds his picturesque life in a quaint lakeside town turned upside down when Allison June, the woman who caused him to walk away from music, moves in down the street. Desperate to hide from their turbulent past, Joe goes to increasingly extreme measures to avoid Allison while privately stumbling back into music to work through his resurgent feelings. But when fate, and some meddling from Joe’s friends, forces Joe and Allison to confront each other and their shared past, they must decide whether this reunion will be a reconnection or a final farewell.
