When the Mexican government ordered people to their homes and for businesses to close amid the coroanvirus lockdown, many Mexicans already living on the breadline were suddenly faced with starvation. But for drug traffickers, the crisis is good PR: they've been giving out care packages and food. But they were the ones that caused Mexico's troubles in the first place.
