What's With The Listies?

With their unique brand of humour, Rich and Matt help us to realise that emotional literacy is much more than just expressing emotions.

The Listies explore the idea that personal strengths are more than just superpowers or skills such as being able to burp the alphabet backwards.

Matt lost his teddy, Ted, which he and Matt 2 and Matt 3 are very sad about. Rich helps all the Matts explore some everyday coping strategies to help them deal with their feelings.

Matt is banned from the bus for having an ill-conceived animal birthday party on-board. It might have also had something to do with the gate crashing swarm of moths.

When Rich can't tie up his shoelaces and won't accept that he has a problem or ask Matt for help, it somehow ends with Matt and Rich completely cocooned in sticky tape, seeks to de-stigmatise the idea of seeking help.
