It's a day filled with markets as Justine explores the bold flavours of Salt City Market, browses local treasures at the CNY Regional Market, and whips up a fresh burrito by the shores of Onondaga Lake.

Justine tastes elegant local wines paired with her hearty polenta and braised greens at Living Roots Winery, heads to the Niagara Falls for a moment of awe, and discovers the origins of the beloved Buffalo wing at Buffalo's famous Anchor Bar.

Justine visits another iconic Buffalo venue for a traditional roast beef lunch, visits scenic spots in the breathtaking 1000 Islands region, and wraps up the day at the elegant Sagamore Resort on Lake George.

Justine makes stack apple pancakes with maple butter at the cosy Toad Hill Maple Farm, travels to Saratoga Springs for award-winning sweets and Southern-style fried chicken, and wraps up in Tarrytown at River Market Bar and Kitchen.
