Best friends Olive, Andrea, Emma, Mia, and Stephanie put their teamwork to the test as they protect their beautiful Heartlake City.

Andrea tries to teach her sister how to be a star, but Liz has other dreams; Mia tells the story of the girls' attempts to stop a graffiti vandal.

The Heartlake City Games are underway, but Stephanie's attempts to win go from bad to worse; the friends set out to stop a plan to destroy the city's art district.

The girls are surprised to learn that shops in town are closing, and come up with a plan to save Andrea's work from being bought out. The friends are excited to find out that a pop star is coming to perform, and rally around the less than enthused Andrea.

The girls decide to try out go-karting, but reigning champion Vicky takes the fun out of their activity. The girls find inspiration from Dottie Rae's gift as they get ready for the qualifying heats in the Grand Prix.

Mia, Olivia, Liz and Zobo deal with a rubbish heap that has accumulated in the bay near the resort; when Vicky and Mia get competitive on the racetrack, Mia becomes reckless.
