It's a holiday weekend on Wisteria Lane. Bree and Orson are going on their honeymoon, Gabrielle goes to a spa, Tom is going on a camping trip with the kids, and Susan is going on a quiet romantic getaway with Ian, however things don't go as planned. Tom calls Lynette with an emergency, Bree sees Andrew at the airport featured on TV as a homeless teenager, and Gabrielle runs into John.

The Wisteria Lane Neighbourhood Association leaps into action when they see the contemporary water sculpture that Bob and Lee have installed in their front garden. Elsewhere, Edie finds out about the affair that Carlos is having with Gaby, just as John Rowland - Carlos and Gaby's former gardener - turns up unexpectedly wanting to rekindle an old romance.

The teams search for what they believe to be two killers who torture and murder young women and then send DVD recordings of their crimes to the victims' mothers.
